Deep Falls

O my daughter,
May you rain down your cry,
Putting sorrow and weeping,
In the deepest of sigh.

Conflicting the mind and heart,
To feel distant and set apart,
Can you open up and weep more,
For Mine, your Father's heart?

For your own wants and desires,
May be far from what I see,
And the more you cry for them,
The less you'll live in me.

May you pour your own fall,
Of water so deep and blue,
But I will shower falls of rain,
That cannot compare to you.

I tell you "deep calls to deep",
In the roar of my falls,
From your deep to my deep,
I do hear your calls.

All my waves and breakers,
Shall sweep over you,
And swallow your Worry idol,
And make it very few.

While you fed upon your tears,
Forever, 'twas day and night,
May you feed upon my ocean,
And pour out songs of love tonight.
